If Bush could control oil prices, oil would have been cheap the last 5 1/2 yrs. If oil cos could control prices, prices would never come down.

The group called OPEC, and the oil from foreign countries get together and slow down production to raise the price of oil, and they already have trillions and ';gagillions'; alltogether!
