the filter is probly not tight and it appears that oil is comming from a connector but it is spraying up there from the filter.. to be shure buy a can of spray degreaser spray good then wash it down with a hose.... then you will be able to determine better where the leak is ok.
Happend on my v8 chev. There is a gasket set for it. Cheap fix.
