I have a 1999 Yamaha jet ski xl760 that is burning a lot of oil(a lot of withe smoke) how can i fix this?

Your oil injection unit could be injecting a little too much oil. If this was the first start of the season, I wouldn't be too concerned with it. Get the craft in the water so that you can get the engine warm.
