do yourself a favor and send the whole bike to the junkyard. the virago (doesn't matter what year) is the single biggest roach on the road. more problems, recalls and failures than any bike on the road (or should i say, in the shop). this is not just my opinion, this is based on fact.....................I have a 95 Yamaha Vigaro 7,600 miles. It is leaking oil, why %26amp; how to fix, %26amp; is it expensive to fix? Thx?
need to know where its leaking from. cylinder base gasket gonna cost more to do than valve cover gasket for example. Engine cases will cost even more.I have a 95 Yamaha Vigaro 7,600 miles. It is leaking oil, why %26amp; how to fix, %26amp; is it expensive to fix? Thx?
You may have ridden off a curb and cracked the case bottom. The engine sits lower than the frame rails.
