this is a question on a 1987 Ford car (crown victoria),the motor pan gasket is in about 4 parts and is leaking, need to stop it but one of the plug holes for draining is very hard to get at, any answers? on how to achieve this? or what kind of tool to use? I don't have the manual for this car or a repair one!I tried the local library on line but didn't get the answers as I'm just not asking the right question!PLEASE send pictures and REPORT ON FIXING THIS CAR OIL PAN!?
to start - pull the engine
there isn't enough clearance to properly install the gaskets
or clean the gasket surfaces
without contaminating the engine oil
the long gaskets are the sides
the curved pieces are front and rear main journal seals
