I got catera ,and its got oil on spark plugs in engine how to fix it.?

Could be the spark plug tube seals on the valve cover. It also depends what condition your plugs are in if this is something pooling in the the tube holes or if it is originating in the chamber where the spark occurs. Worn valve stem seals will force oil up and onto the combustion chamber causing the plug to turn black and charred and eventually cause a misfire and further damage. Have you thrown any check engine codes or seen any smoke in the exhaust?

Also, switching to a heavier oil can sometimes stop this from happening if the leak is slight.I got catera ,and its got oil on spark plugs in engine how to fix it.?
could be a valve cover leak. clean it off and find out where the leak is coming from and fix it!! you'll need to replace the spark plugs
