Nope, because we are still artificially restricting the flow of oil. Until we change our ways the price will continue to increase. Will the outcome of the ongoing Feds investigation into Oil price fixing will lower the price at the pump?
No.

we need more supply.

Supply= drilling off the Atlantic Pacific and Gulf coasts as well as ANWR.

While finding a way to do away with oil altogether.

We need more supply to bring down prices...

The war is not the problem it's growing countries like China and India

They are sucking up oil and we are doing nothing to become energy independent!

You can blame the Republicans till your blue in the face but look up what some of the most recent congress did they voted no to drilling in all of our known oil deposits.
I doubt that the oil prices will do anything but creep up until we get some actual leadership in this country.

Bush was put into the White House to feed his Big Oil friends - and that's exactly what's happening.
They have investigated for years with no outcome, so what makes this time different. So to answer your question...NO
If anything, it will cause higher costs at the pump.
NO the whole thing is BS they are just blowing smoke up everybodys A$% to get them to shut up.
Nope.

This is nothing but political theater and a total waste of time.
The price goes up to buy those suckers...
