My triumph tt600 was tipped on its side while running and dumped some oil... now it won't start how do I fix?

I need to know how to fix it, I think what happened was it dumped oil out of the air filter and might be seized how do I go about repairs? My triumph tt600 was tipped on its side while running and dumped some oil... now it won't start how do I fix?
1 take the air filter out and clean it. 2 remove spark plugs.3 hold throttle full open.4 kick over till yer tired(electric start if equipped would be cheating as you should pay penance for dropping it in the first place)5 replace air filter.6 replace spark plugs.7kicklikehell.8 if still wont run find mechanicMy triumph tt600 was tipped on its side while running and dumped some oil... now it won't start how do I fix?
Maybe the air filter is saturated with oil and you're not getting enough air in the intake now?
