About how much $$$ would it cost to fix (replace) the oil pressure sending unit?

the truck is a 1987 Ford F150 4X4 6 cylinder.About how much $$$ would it cost to fix (replace) the oil pressure sending unit?
An oil sending unit usually runs around $20 for the part over the counter. $40-$60 from a shop. Labor could run $85. Go to a dealer, and you'll pay more. You need a special socket to properly to the job, but it may be able to be done with a set of channel locks....if you have enough room in the engine compartment. Very little money and a couple of hours work, at the most. If you take it to someone, it could cost $60+ per hour, minus the $10 part.
5dollars +-a few.
